Fellerer Ltd , our firm for real estate sales and development was established in 1995 with the purpose of property development and has become a major and active participant on the market of newly constructed apartments since 1999.

Our main profile is the construction of condominiums in Budapest, including the quest for ideal building sites, assambling the proper selection of apartments meeting the market requirements as close as possible, the sales and marketing together with the repair of the apartments during the guarantee period and full management of warranty related matters.

Our assistants are looking forward to help you on choosing the right apartment, managing the credits required and state supported subsidies. But our business doesn’t stop there. You have our full assistance on implementing requested technical modifications, including design, workmanship and controll, but we also take an active part in operating our condominiums. As a result of continous, succesful and persistent work of the recent years we have built about 400 for our customers and this number will exceed 500 by the end of 2006. Our investments were concentrated mainly in the 13. district of Budapest, but we also build in the 1., 2., 6., 9. and 12. districts. In line with construction activity we are actively involved in developing public utilities. Good examples of this are the reconstruction of the sewage disposal and a transformation stations built in the 13th. district. Beside we also take part in the development of some villages surrounding Budapest.

Fellerer Ltd. has been a member of Hungarian Hungarian Real Estate Association (HREA) since 2001. Our buildings were built exclusively with bank financing to guarantee the maximal security of our customers.

The company head office was built as a proprietary project and investment in the 13th. district of Budapest with a total floorspace of 350 m2 on the ground floor of a condominium built by our company. This decision has been partly made with the customers in mind giving thrm the opportunity to see the results of our persitent work at any time.
